Olive Greens, a project of Lohiya Karpoori Institute of Technology for Social Change, is a multifaceted Institute, which is earnestly committed towards promoting individual and organizational competencefor HR development through a scientific process of intellectual, emotional and social skills enhancement.The spectrum of our activities spans Personality and Aptitude Aassessment, Leadership and Team Building and Soft Skills Development . The need to build up and sustain a robust and effective corporate leadership cannot be over emphasized. A series of interventions based on self evaluation, team dynamics and intra-group activities have been evolved by us, which are conducted as a scientifically designed training process to build strong interpersonal relationships and assists in managing stress in the dynamic corporate environment.
In order to cover the Southern Corporate training operations more effectively, we have opened a new branch office at Chennai.
Appreciating the significance of the growing demand for quality HR, the OG Institute has constituted an Assessment Centre and Competency Mapping Wing (AC&CMW). The AC&CMW employs multiple simulations and exercises, which are closely linked to the job profile of the subject for providing reliable and valid information about a range of his competencies considered to be necessary for successful performance at the expected target level for that job. Adding to the multi-dimensional initiatives being undertaken by Olive Greens, is the Aptitude Testing which provides them with invaluable feedback on seven fundamental competencies, through scientifically structured tests. This has assisted a large number of students to select the most appropriate stream for their bright career progression.

We specialise in SSB Coaching, SSB Preparation, SSB Interview Coaching, SSB Training,  SSB Recruitment, Preparation for NDA Written Exam, NDA Written Coaching, Preparation for CDS Written Exam, CDS Written Coaching Corporate Training, Soft Skills Development Programmes,  Preparation for SSB interviews, Security Training, Aptitude Testing and Counselling, Assessment Center and Competency Mapping, English Speaking and IELTS.The mainstay of the Institute, is its specialized  and result oriented preparation for NDA/CDS written exam, and SSB Coaching, i.e. ‘Two Stage Selection System' currently in vogue at the Selection Centres. The training at OG follows the systematic approach oftraining, evaluation and personalized feedback. 
A new Branch for SSB preparation has been opened since April 2012 at Banglore. Registration for the same has commenced.
