Career Aptitude Test and Counselling

An aptitude is an innate, acquired, learned or developed component of a competency (the others being knowledge, understanding and attitude) to perform a certain kind of activity at a certain level. Aptitudes may be physical or mental and displays the natural affinity of a person towards performance of certain skills with exclusive dexterity.  The innate nature of aptitude is in contrast to achievement, which represents knowledge or ability that has been or can be acquired through consistent efforts.

Olive Greens has taken up the initiative to assess and provide invaluable feedback on the intrinsic profile of the candidates, who are desirous of ascertaining their aptitude for the streams that they wish to persue, through scientifically structured online tests. The assessment is carried out by our highly professional and certified assessors, who administer a  variety of  personality tests. This is followed by online / in person counselling to highlight the 'Basic Set' ( general characteristics ) of the candidate and the avenues that may suit that particular personality type. 

We also offer personality correction therapies for improving the necessary personality traits, essentially required for joining a given profession.

The feedback from the students who have attempted the online tests has been extremely encouraging and this endeavour has been highly successful to guide and assist young students to identify their latent potential and make the right choice for selecting their career.
