Personality Assessment Tests
A personality test aims to describe aspects of a person's character that remain stable throughout that person's lifetime, the individual's character pattern of behavior, thoughts, and feelings. There are two distinct approaches to understand a personality. One is to evaluate ‘Personality Types’ and the other is the ‘Personality Traits’.
Applications of Personality Tests
A large percentage of companies use personality testing as part of their hiring process. More people are using personality testing to evaluate their potentialities. Salespeople are using personality testing to better understand the needs of their customers and to gain a competitive edge in the closing of deals. College students have started to use personality testing to evaluate their options.
