Method of Conduct
- AC&CM is conducted for a range of participants from 12 to 21 (generally, 5-6 in a group) in number, over a duration of two and a half days.
- Multiple exercises/simulations and Psychometric tools are utilised to being out specific competencies that are required in the target position held by the participant, i.e. the evaluation can be customised for different jobs, competencies and organisational requirements.
- Since the exercises are standardized, the observers evaluate the participants under relatively constant conditions and are therefore able to make valid comparative judgments.
- The observers usually do not know the participants personally and so subjectivity, due to personal biases is avoided.
- Participants observe others working in a job simulated situation and therefore, gains an insight into their own improvement areas.
- Finally, a personalised multidimensional feedback is given to the individual or the organisation head for affecting desired changes in self / the organisational architecture.
