In order to build a robust and effective corporate leadership through a series of interventions based on self evaluation, team dynamics and intra-group activities, we have evolved a scientifically designed training process, that illicits strong interpersonal relationships and assists in managing stress in the fast changing workplace conditions

Why Outdoor Training is Considered an Effective Model?
The following reasons attribute towards considering the Outward Bound Training(OBL) as an extremely innovative model for training :-
- Training is conducted in a new, unfamiliar environment.
- Though the participants initially feel completely disoriented, a sense of humility is induced into them, as the ‘I know it all’ block is removed.
- Consequently, they become more open to experiential learning through the various activities conducted during the programme.
- Situations built into the activities are designed to overcome personal limitations, thereby providing a sense of achievement through mastering challenges, so presented.
- The conquering of hurdles and difficult situations, gives those with an initial low self esteem, an opportunity to shine and emerge more confident; while the leaders learn to actually lead from the front.
