  Our Approach  
     
 
Ours is an inside-out learning process, which starts with establishing a clear self-preception and its relatedness to ones environment and the people around oneself. The strength of the Institute lies in providing experiential learning to the participants through a structured Outward Bound Learning opportunities backed by a wealth of experience and expertise drawn from diverse fields and specialties. The learning platform is the Action Learning Cycle. Learning is followed up by an Action Plan duly monitored by our facilitators. The learning process is structured to meet the needs of our Clients.
 
     
 

There are several reasons why the outdoor model is considered very effective in training interventions. The major ones are:

 
     
 
   
Training takes place in a new, unfamiliar environment.
Participants feel completely disoriented initially.
As a result of above, a greater sense of humility is induced.
The `I know it all' block is removed. They become more open to learning .
Situations are designed to overcome personal limitations.
A sense of stretch develops through mastering challenges
Gives those with initially low self-esteem, an opportunity to shine and emerge more confident through the mastery of difficult situations.
