YMCA Olive Greens is a programme for youth empowerment run under the aegis of YMCA, Chandigarh. YMCA is an internationally accredited organization working for youth welfare in over 126 countries. The institute specializes in preparing the candidates for ‘Two Stage Selection System' currently in vogue. The institute is uniquely poised by having a 100% look alike SSB sited over 2 acres of lush green open space with adequate tree cover. The outdoor facilities include over 15 Command Tasks, numerous Group Tasks (PGTs, HGTs and FGTs), all ‘Individual Obstacles' and ‘Group Obstacles (Snake Race). |

The indoor facilities include comfortable seminar halls and class rooms, where all the Screening Tests, Psychological Tests and Interviews are conducted. In addition the candidates are put through a Personality Development Programme in the afternoons. We at the 'YMCA Olive Greens' are focussed on a systematic approach, based on training, evaluation and feedback . This helps the candidates to understand their inherent strengths and weaknesses. |

| CONCESSIONAL REFRESHER COURSE: |
| Four days and Seven days refersher courses are given at concessional rates,to the candidates who undergo a minimum of 2 weeks course,just before the SSB interview.This capsule gives a finishing touch to a candidate's personality and helps to enhance his performance at SSB. |
